Job Description

    We have an urgent opening with leading life insurance companies in the Banca vertical.Here are the key responsibilities:
    1. Drive insurance business through the Banca channel.
    2. Manage bank branches of channel partners effectively.
    3. Interact with cluster heads and bank employees daily to oversee operations.
    4. Support and guide Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales targets.
    5. Ensure persistency, productivity, and quality recruitment within the designated zone.
    6. Conduct training in bank branches, make HNI insurance calls, and conduct regular reviews with Sales Managers and Branch Managers for corrective actions when necessary.
    7. Maintain various MIS for sales monitoring, contests, and training initiatives for both channel partners and internal teams.
    8. Provide guidance and support to channel partners employees, internal team RMs, and stakeholders for submissions, issuance, and issue resolution.
    9. Maintain strong relationships with Bank Cluster Heads to assess business status and drive productivity.
    10. Monitor case size and product mix to maintain persistency.
    11. Ensure team and individual sales targets are met.
    12. Manage the relationship between the internal team and channel partners to enhance sales and responsiveness.
    13. Coordinate with HR for recruitment plans and ensure RMs meet their targets for career advancement.
    14. Enforce SOPs and sales processes; take disciplinary action when necessary.
    15. Achieve NB premium targets, RM activation, and ensure a healthy product mix.
