Job Description

    1. Maintain close contact with customers
    2. Implement various farmer centric activities to promote various products
    3. Plan various farmer connect activities in the assigned territory based on
      • Market requirement
      • Performance of the product
    4. Appoint contractual workers/MDOs, train and motivate them to conduct various activities in the Vegetable
    5. Responsible for MDO activity planning and tracking
    6. Attend at-least 20% demand generation activities
    7. Audit the effectiveness of these demand generation activities and accordingly suggest the correction
    8. Ensure the required number of farmers are connected as per plan in PSA as well as PDAs
    9. Maintain the list of farmers connected in various Vegetable activities
    10. Attend product related customer calls and ensure proper follow up to close it
    11. Identification and appointment of good channel partners in his assigned territory
    12. Establish proper connect with retailers and ensure stock availability to those retailers
    13. Ensure Channel partners are served properly
    14. Order placement: Ensure proper placement, tracking of the stock to maximize sales through our channel partners
    15. Ensure timely payment collection from the trade partners
    16. Efficiently track POG @ retail level and inform to the manager on weekly basis
    17. Provide time to time information on market and competition
    18. Timely submission of travel and promotional bills
    19. Perform various other activities assigned by the sales manager related to market/channel/customer
    20. Liaison with local agriculture dept
