Job Description

Role & responsibilities
• As an Engineering Head, the candidate shall manage and scale an entire team of engineers,collaborating with the client(s), as well as guiding the companys vision, and maintainingcompliance with quality standards.
• The candidate shall be working together with Project and Delivery Managers, Client Partnersetc teams defining, execution and delivery of multiple projects (up to 100/150 employees).
• The candidate shall be responsible for all technical delivery of multiple shared client projectsand releases, .
• The candidate with his leadership quality should be able to retain top engineering talent.
• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams and plan and direct softwarereleases.
• Initiate, plan, execute, control and close out each project or program from a businessperspective within timelines.
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes whereneeded
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have and come up with solutionsfor the same.
• Take overall accountability for project delivery success including on-time, on-budget, high-quality targets.
• Optimize and manage the technology investment included tracking of project budget anddeliverables and ensuring a detailed financial planning and tracking approach for theassigned budget
