This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the loan industry, and experience in operations management, business development, and sales.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Operations Management:
      • Oversee the entire loan processing workflow, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
      • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
      • Conduct regular audits and reviews.
    2. Team Leadership:
      • Lead, mentor, and develop the loan processing team.
      • Set performance targets and conduct evaluations.
    3. Customer Service:
      • Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
    4. Business Development:
      • Develop strategies to attract new customers and expand the loan portfolio.
      • Identify market trends, potential partnerships, and new business opportunities.
      • Collaborate on promotional campaigns.
    5. Sales Management:
      • Lead sales efforts to promote loan products and services.
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
      • Train and support the sales team to enhance performance.
    6. Reporting and Analysis:
      • Prepare and present regular performance reports.
      • Use data analysis to optimize processes and make informed business decisions.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
    • 5 years of experience in loan processing operations, business development, and sales.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Knowledge of loan products and regulatory requirements in Australia.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
