Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Manage the entire warehouse/logistics operations and handling courier partners/service providers from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfilment.
    • To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines. - Preparing DSR/DR (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
    • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
    • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
    • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
    • Leadership skills and ability manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    1. Knowledge of MS Excel like Vlookup, Pivot, Filters, etc.
    2. Systematic & organized working.
    3. Smart learner & adaptive.
    4. Excellent communication skills
    5. Good at Ms Office suite(PPT and excel)
