Job Description

Talent Acquisition LeadResponsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with Club Mahindras business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and strategies.
• Oversee the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
• Promote Club Mahindra as an employer of choice through networking, branding, and employee referral programs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role in recruitment and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
