• Lead and supervise the site team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate and manage all site activities, including contractor and subcontractor management.
• Oversee quality control, health, and safety measures on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges, providing technical guidance and support.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure smooth project communication.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits as required.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and resources to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and other site personnel.
• We require candidates who possess strong experience in site management, project execution, and quality control. They should be able to effectively manage day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
