Prepare and review PPAP documents, NDT reports, and other quality documentation.
Lead audits and perform internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement QMS procedures, including PFMEA development and implementation.
Provide leadership support to junior team members on quality-related matters.
QAs primary responsibilities in is testing the product. This includes performing functional and non-functional testing to ensure that the product meets the requirements and is free of defects. QA reviews user feedback and works with the development team to identify and resolve any issues.In addition to testing, QA is also responsible for creating and maintaining testing plans, test cases, and test scripts. This includes ensuring that all necessary tests are conducted and that the results are accurately recorded and reported.
