Join us ABOUT TEAM - OPERATIONS: The operations team at Swiggy is responsible for delivering great customer experience through best - in - class delivery times and maximum serviceability. While we make our efforts in achieving these objectives, we also already have Indias largest delivery fleet and we are heavily focused on ensuring a great DE experience. We hope to make Swiggy the platform of choice for anyone in the country looking for a delivery job. CITY OPERATIONS TEAMS: Manage operations effectively to drive positive customer experience and optimise cost to support the overall business P&L. The city teams also work with central operations team on rolling out new products and processes to drive ops excellence and build sustainable operations Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Strategizing and executing projects aligned with the company vision and setting timelines to reach those goals
  • Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence. Performing ad - hoc analysis and reports based on business needs
  • Responsible for ground roll - out for the project and sustenance in long run
  • Delivery Executive Training
  • Freezing selection criteria for DEs
  • Optimisation of Number of DEs required
  • Finalising training methods used for DEs and creating training plan
  • Finalising payout structure for DEs
  • Field Ops Planning
  • Complete city level SOPs as per requirement
  • Cold start delivery configs
  • Supporting and enabling field testing
  • Ensure hiring as per projected requirements
  • Assistance in implementation and analysing the impact of initiatives/experiments
  • Coordinating with city stakeholders to drive relevant initiatives/experiments
  • Gathering ground level intelligence through interaction with DEs and other supply chain stakeholders
  • Monitoring and improvement mechanism for DE behavior (Cancellations, Rejections, Touchpoint)
  • Updating SOPs for CC/OMT team in coordination with Ops strategy team.
Desired Skills:
  • Relevant work experience of 4 years in Operations with hands - on exposure in handling a large team of blue collared employees.
  • Experience in warehouse/fulfilment and fleet management.
  • Postgraduate from Premier Institution with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills
