We are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint and caring for the environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Little Extra in Lucknow. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote Little Extras products. This includes identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, coordinating content creation, tracking campaign performance, and analyzing results. The role requires. creativity, strong communication skills, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.Qualifications Experience in influencer marketing and social media management Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance Creativity and ability to think outside the box Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of beauty and personal care industry trends is a plus Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred,
