JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* To make available adequate Medical aid, safety equipment in the plant at the Plant.* To monitor employees daily attendance and leaves and Overtime. * To manage statutory compliance and timely updating of necessary records pertaining to various laws. * To deal with contractors who supply labour and control on Contract labour manpower and wages. * To monitor Good level of 5S and Kaizen in the plant, smooth running of welfare activities.* Liasioning with the various government officials. REQUIREMENT: * Sound working Knowledge of labour laws(Factories Act, 1948, CLRA, 1970, I.D Act 1947)* Must be good in interpersonal skills and handling and dealing with internal and external parties. * Must be good at Speaking and Writing(Hindi & English both).* Can visit different places. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:* MBA in Human Resources Or Industrial/ Labour relations.* Having minimum 3-5 years relevant experience. ,
