Job description:Having a two wheeler along with a permanent driving license is MandatoryGood Communication skill so that candidate can deal with different Builders or estate agents.The Field Data collection executive will be responsible for collecting the data and photos of the project or Properties details like Brochures, Pamphlets etc from the customer center across different categories. It involves daily meetings with potential and existing clients and collecting their property data which is listed on the website.This role will be responsible for identifying new projects in the assigned city/area and ensure on-boarding on companies websitesCalling and Regularly meeting the Developers/existing clients in the area assigned to get the primary and secondary listingsFilling the App based form and clicking the photographs of the properties according to the companys requirements and Submitting, Uploading the collected data on time according to the process and guidelines defined by the companyAttending the Training sessions for the process changes and updates related to Data CollectionSending Updating a daily collection report to the Team LeaderSmart and Energetic and can able to work in the field with the flexibility of timing and week offs as per company requirementsQualification ; 12th Pass or GraduateExperience 1 to 2 years preferred
