Job Description

Role & responsibilities
• Maintaining the operational performance of the Association.
• Formulating and successfully implementing AIPMA policy.
• Directing strategy towards revenue growth and operations of AIPMA.
• Guide and Direct the Secretariat.
• Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the long-term objectives and priorities established by the Management Committee.
• Maintaining an on-going dialogue with the President, Chairman- GC and other key officials.
• Instituting adequate operational planning and financial controls.
• Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees.
• Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
• Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Management Committee of significant changes.
