To work in the identified stores and increase the productivity as compared to previous month.
Focus on working with individual to enhance performance.
To have effective & quality training delivery for every single training program.
Mapping productivity of the trained sales role holder and measuring the Impact.
Multitasking, organizing, planning, & prioritizing the multiple deliverables.
Should be able to interact with various internal stakeholders.
Adhere to the work schedule; work in a fast-paced environment meeting the business objectives in partnership with SMEs.

Essential Qualification

5+ years of work experience as a Trainer in Retail Environment.
Bachelor Degree Required.
Training delivery experience in the fast pace agile working environment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Microsoft Office Products in Word, PowerPoint, Excel is a must
