Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Experience
  • Should be familiar with Concrete and Steel standards - ACI / AISC Standards - for projects in USA
  • Should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit - Latest versions
  • Basic understanding of RC structural behavior and appropriate engineering knowledge.
  • Should have experience in Commercial and Residential buildings.
  • Should be able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Should be willing to relocate to Lucknow for job.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of project construction documents for commercial and residential buildings in USA
  • Work closely with the teamto develop full set of contractual drawigns / documents.
  • Update Project lead on status of project.
  • Develop project completion schedules.
  • Prepare daily progress report and record progess.
  • Train / guide juniors and delegate tasks efficiently.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
  • Should be able to work independantly and as part of team as needed.
  • Should be consistent in meeting project deadlines and deliver.
  • Willing to grow and take on responsibilites.
