Must have own conveyance2. Must be residing within the same city for the last 5 years3. Must not be a job hopper4. Married preferred5. Must have good social connectionsJob Role:

  1. Hire and recruit commission agents /Vendors/Commission Agents to sell insurance policies
  2. The candidate will be responsible for the training and licencing formalities of the recruited agent.
  3. The candidate will be responsible to grow the agency channel
  4. Area Mapping to connect more and more agents with Edelweiss channel
  5. Training and certification of the hired agents
  6. The candidate will be responsible to develop the agency and its channel to sell insurance policies.
  7. The candidate will be responsible for the generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Insurance Advisors.
  8. The candidates act as an interface between the company, customers, agents.
