Safety Officer- Offshore - Singapore/Qatar/ KuwaitA leading and progressive Oil and Gas company have a requirement for an offshore HSE Officer.Job DescriptionAssessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations. Creating analytical reports of safety data. Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe. Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment.Safety Officer to facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. You will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. You will also be on a constant lookout for violations.The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual who swears by OSH regulations. Your work will be largely focused on prevention so you need to be conscientious and farsighted. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and ready to act in emergencies.The goal is to establish a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a culture of attention to health and safety.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of OHS policies and programs Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.) Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measuresApplicant requirements:-Experience:fresher or experienced (offshore within oil and gas industries).-Knowledge of oil, gas and marine regulations.-Degree/ Diploma in Health & Safety.-The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.-Can demonstrate professional and personal ongoing development and/or learning.-Ability to lead during incident investigation and tracking incidents for close out.-Familiarity with the preparation of documentations and bridging documents required by Company specification, JSA, HAZID and pre-job meeting before starting the works.-STCW course certificate /police (NOC) +medical .-Fresher / candidate can apply for this position.-The candidates food accommodation free by company.Interested candidates can share their CV to hoshr1100@gmail.com or call on: 8693015979 .Thanks and Regards,Liza madam.Horizon Offshore Services
