Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities Handle scheduled tasks (task view)& process, and monitoring & assuring the system availability according to SLA and Application operation document Manage Incident & problem If necessary, request external support, e.g. from software or hardware manufacturers Act as problem manager when deeper analyses is needed, prevent Incidents from happening, and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be preventedResponsible for system infrastructure maintenance. Responsible for the installation of client environment. Experience in System Administration with at least 1 to 3 years experience in AWS/Azure Should have worked on various AWS/Azure services like: EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudTrail etc Knoweldge of Cloud Services with 1 to 2 years on Cloud Technologies Qualification Degree in IT with insight in IT technologies or same knowledge acquired other ways Experience with over 2-4 years of working as an application technician and of troubleshooting complex business systems Min. 4 years of experience with MS Operating System, Communication and integrations 2+ years hands-on experience of maintaining on-premise Capable of using ticket management service Good knowledge in MS Powershell and MS SQL Server Good performance in implementation projects through past years Have good English communications skills, both written and spoken ,
