  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1, To manage and Maintain Client VMWare infrastructure, Datacenter operation 2, To manage and Maintain Cloud Management Portal for customer 3, Prepare and Perform daily infra health checks and report any issues 4, Should able to identify and fix issues in Cloud Management Portal 5, Co-ordinate with Vendors for any issue 6, Follow ITIL process for management of Incident, Service Requests, Change and Problems 7, Able to communicate with cross towers to easy and quick resolution of an issue
      • Technical Experience : 1, Install, configure, and manage a highly available and scalable virtual infrastructure based on VMWare 2, Provide planning, installing, configuring, and upgrading support for vRealize Automation vRealize Orchestrator 3, In-depth knowledge of VMware host builds, management and migrations 4, Sound knowledge Hands-on Experience in VMware Installation, Configuration and upgradation administration on Windows and Windows environments 5, Expert in implementing vRA, vRO, Log Insight
      • Professional Attributes : 1, Hands on delivery in a client facing environment Preferably for Global Client Management 2, Good communication skill both written and verbal with exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills required 3, Must aware of ITIL Process and its lifecycle
      • Educational Qualification : 1, 15 Years full time education
    • Additional Information : 1, Troubleshooting vRA/vRO infrastructure for any unplanned downtime/Issues
