Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Description for the Sales Executive for a Real Estate Brokerage / Marketing Company1)ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Education and Training: Bachelors degree in business management, finance, marketing, or any other related field. At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or management is also necessary to apply to the position.
  • Negotiation Skills: Real estate sales executives are well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain
  • Communication Skills: They are adept at interacting with property sellers, prospective buyers, and department staff to coordinate the sale of real estate
  • Organizational Skills: They are able to manage several projects and mediate between property buyers and sellers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To maintain a good relationship with Developers Sales Team- has to create the Developers Sales Team trust in all ways possible.
  • Self-presence for Digital Marketing / Social Media / Print Media creativity of Designing for Advertisement purpose after discussion with head.
  • Inventory List Manage Inventory List from time to time and co-ordinate with the Developer Sales Team.
  • CRM Updating and Customer Calling.
  • Site Visit as per Customer Demand / Availability.
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales.
  • Documentation Preparation (i) Brokerage with Developers, (ii) Between Buyer and Seller with the help of Management.
  • Track all Appointments, Sales, Complaints, Status Reports, etc. thoroughly for Management review.
  • Public Relation and Networking is the most important.
