Job Profile Responsibilities will include : Maintenance and Finalisation of AccountsPrepare Annual Report and Quarterly ReportsConduct Audit including Tax audit and compliance auditPreparation of various Sales MIS reports and Quarterly Review Reports, Cost Analysis and quarterly budget forecastsSupervise filing and compliance on all statutory issues - TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax, P Tax, PF, and ROCHandling payroll system and Employee Salaries and other paymentsImplementation and maintenance of proper accounting procedures and systemsDrafting minutes of Board Meeting, Annual General MeetingMaintenance of minutes book, shareholder register, directors and shareholder attendance register, etc.Share transferRatification of various legal agreements liaison with lawyers regarding legal issuesOversee and supervise the function of Office Administration Qualification The person should be a commerce graduate with proficiency in working with computers with expertise in FACT Accounting Software, FACT Payroll (PERKS), MS Office especially Excel PowerPoint and working experience of E-mail and the Internet. The person should have excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills. The person should be a peoples person with excellent inter-personal skills and a good planner Experience Candidates should have a prior work experience of 4 - 5 years in similar capacity.
