Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A Provide L2/L3 support on Linux RHEL servers hosted on VMware, OCI, Azure cloud infrastructure B Installation, Configuration and administration of RHEL7, OEL C: Good knowledge on High availability RHEL Cluster, VCS, PCS D:Performance tuning and OS hardening E: OEL/RHEL OS upgrade F RedHat satellite server or Spacewalk support and maintenance G Good Knowledge on Linux NIS, AD, LDAP, PAM and User Management H Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files
      • Technical Experience : 1 Minimum 72 months of Server Admin Experience 2 Experience must have been gained in a production environment 3 Experience on incident, change and problem management process
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 2 Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes 3 Travel to other locations when required 4 Be flexible to work with other platforms
      • Educational Qualification : Graduate
