This role requires someone who pays attention to detail, is a team player and has a customer interests at the heart of what they doWhy Business Unit/Function The role demands a high level of technical capability alongside a good working knowledge of the underpinning BT and Customer business process and have a good understanding of the respective service architecture(s); to ensure that maximum value is delivered. The role holder will work closely with internal BT teams and external suppliers for their assigned contract(s) to ensure that all inputs and outcomes are agreed and accurately reported and will support the Business Performance Manager to deliver against agreed reporting timelines.What youll be doing You ll be:

• Responsible for the design and delivery of various SharePoint solutions across EMS
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of an agreed approach to the type of work carried out within the team, clearly scoped and understandable across the business. Ensuring where possible a standard approach to work is reached
• Provision and maintenance of all documentation to support above activities
• Working with key stakeholders from across the business to deliver SharePoint based solutions which meet the customer requirements and completed within agreed timescales
• Proactive in responding to urgent requests from customer
• Work jointly with the rest of the Service Performance Team to ensure working practices are shared and single points of failure are eliminated
• Responsible for the supporting documentation of SharePoint based solutions to ensure no single points of failure
• Ability to share knowledge and experience within the team and wider parts of the business to improve overall skills level.
• A team player who can work with others in the team and larger projects.
• Proactively responding to Service Performance Portal requests ensuring that customer and kept informed and the expectation is set
• Responsible for ensure the security of SharePoint sites and that permissions are only provide to those who require access.
• Responsible for the building and maintaining of key relationships with your peers

• Qualified to further education level, or equivalent professional qualifications or experience;
• Qualified to ITIL v3 Foundation level.Experience you would be expected to have:

• MANDATORY Experience with extracting and manipulating data from MI systems.
• MANDATORY Setting up reports for new customer contract, assessing requirements and delivering the solution
• MANDATORY Experience with Microsoft Excel and confidence to create complex reports
• PREFERRED SQL knowledge with the ability to create and extract report data
• PREFERRED Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, with the ability to create sites and experience in SharePoint Designer

Skills

• Typically will work confidently with little guidance and own area of knowledge and be able to apply knowledge/skills to a variety of activities
• Good communication skills written and verbal with the ability to probe and listen carefully, presenting information clearly and in an appropriate style translating requirements into workable solutions
• Excel skills, with experience of analysing, organising and presenting data. Visual Basic or SQL skills are desirable.
• Ability to communicate improvements to all levels
• Advanced SharePoint skills with skills in other coding languages i.e. J Query or JavaScript
