The job holder should primarily assist a region/office with customer sinformation, maintaining records of calls attended/to be attended by technician,maintaining customer s billing/invoice details and take care of inventorymanagement.Main responsibilities Repair Calls Uploading of Service Reports and PM checklist in Portal Tracking and matching of closed calls with respect to uploaded reportsin portal Component request form Dispatching parts to respective FSEs location Tracking the defective part Supporting Spares parts orderPreventive Maintenance Calls Ensuring that all calls are assigned to FSEs by proper coordination withGroup Leaders Rescheduling of the calls as per mutually agreed dates with customer Correspondence with customer related to forfeiture of the call uponexpiry of the contract Uploading of Service Reports as well as PM Check list in portalInstallation Calls Coordinating with CC team for assigning the calls upon receipt of IRDfrom Sales Coordinator Ensuring supply of all items at site as per PO and inform FSE to attendthe call Writing mails to customer for site readiness and inform about forfeitureof warranty in case of customer delays Installation Handover Certificates to be sent to CC for warranty datecreation and same need to be uploaded in portal. Same to be sent toFinance for Rev Rec cases.Orders/Parts Management Order Package to be prepared for all small pack orders and sent to CC Supporting Tender Submission for Small pack orders Follow up with customers for order amendment, payment follow up etcfor open orders Open orders to be tracked till parts are delivered to customer Diagnostic parts movement to and out of office to be tracked Road Permits needed for parts movement to be arranged Movement of customer property in and out of office to be updated inportal Defective parts to be returned to Warehouse as per process Reporting of available parts in office on monthly basis to InventorymanagerMiscellaneous Dispatch of Invoices to proper contact person as per order package Ordering of PM Kits if covered under,
