    Job Title: IT Technical RecruiterJob Location: Any were in India (WFH)PermanentShift Timings: 10 AM-7PM(Monday - Saturday)SalaryAs per experienceBenefits :Complete work from homeJob Requirements:2-3 Years IT Recruitment Experience is must.Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.Must have experience in IT recruitment (Contract & Permanent staffing)Good knowledge about IT technologies.Should be able to close Minimum 3 Positions per MonthJob Responsibilities:Good hands on IT recruitment with good understanding on niche technical skills.The Recruiter will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity. This will include the ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activity, within the aligned portfolio. Managed Entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, post offer, follow upHandling the team of 3 members, Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Pre-screen candidates and check and their technical competency before presenting them to the account managers for submission.Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
