Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forSenior Executive- Inventory Operations (Purchase). Having warehouse operations experience.Locations ::As follow

  1. Farukh Nagar (Gurugram) Warehouse 1 Opening
  2. Lucknow Warehouse 1 Opening
  3. Kolkata Warehouse 1 Opening
  4. Gurugram HO 2 Openings
About the role::The role holder will be managing purchase and scheduling operations for the allocated region.Roles & Responsibilities::
  • Manage purchase operations and scheduling operations for cluster of Fulfillment Centers (FCs)
  • Maintain assortment availability and fill rate
  • Maintain healthy relations with vendors and build local intelligence against supply disruptions and plan for contingencies
  • Troubleshoot internal operational issues & ensure smooth supplies
  • Continuously enhance vendor efficiencies through intervention like buying frequency changes
  • Conduct weekly and fortnightly meetings with key vendors to identify the key gaps and share fill rate performance with them
  • Ensure closure of pendency for payment related issues at purchase & warehouse level
  • Coordination with warehouse team & Category team
Skills Set Required::
  • Graduation with at least 1-4 years of relevant experience in purchase operations and inventory management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with good decision-making ability
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Prior experience of managing vendors and understanding of nuances related to inventory purchase operations
