Job Description

  • Following is the JD for the same:
    • Revenue Generation.
    • Team Management.
    • Generate leads and develop business across the country.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Vikas Nursery Seeds.
    • Organize and lead regional meetings.
    • Understand and implement marketing strategies while driving key products and services in key target markets
    • Communicate and implement policies within the assigned territory in order to meet sales goals for the district
    Requirement:
    • Minimum education: Graduate / MBA is good to have
    • Experience: 10 Plus years (Must have seed sales experience)
    • Experience in sales experience in agronomy, crop health and/or seed
    • Prior success leading and managing a sales team
    • The ability to work with multiple team members to meet established goals.
    • Knowledge of proven sales techniques and an ability to coach and motivate.
    • Demonstrated initiative
