Job Description

  • Management of Top line Strategic plan to ensure region is working towards Business objective .
  • Laydown monthly business plan to table the channel level plan to achieve the annual business plan Granular planning at SM level to ensure achievement of top line Close interaction across all hierarchies of the channel partners to bring in complete control on the business plan Empanelment of new channel partners to bring in a growth in the business.
  • Lead management to ensure there is no drop in LG as well as no loss in conversion Ensuring visits at locations to understand the ground issue on process/product offering/valuation challenges.
  • These visits have to translate into improvisation by discussion with stakeholders and conclude on the actionable Business Profitability Cost to Income is critical parameter to assess the profitability of the Region.
  • Critical to monitor the cost that is incurred against the FB and ensure FBs are made profitable with expected business Maintaining required Yield is key component for revenue along with fee collection.
  • Managing Topline, reduced cost and incremental yield would be the key success of a profitable region Market Distribution and enhanced visibility Work towards low cost distribution Evaluate information about similar product of competition and increase the market share Increase in sales force along with maintaining productivity benchmark Planning marketing campaigns/promotional activities along with regional marketing team, central product team and allocate budget across the regions to help incremental business Team Management Team management with positive and harmonious competition within the team member Constant review of supervisors SM and also FOS to understand the ground reality and challenges faced by team Groom team members for taking up higher level of responsibility .
  • Ensure productivity is achieved by all team members to keep high level of motivation Training and regular updates of banks vision to keep them abreast of key business objective Compliance and Hygiene parameters Deferral tracking to ensure no team members are defaulting on the same Ensure region is adhereing to all regulatory requirement including banks laid down policy.
  • Regular visits to location with and without supervisors to check on the adherence of sales management process Regular meeting of team with channel partners and review of the same to be part of Cogent Management Ensure the ASMs are adhering to the requirement of Cogent and customer service interaction process on both updation as well as review parameters Review of TAT across the region and meet the stakeholders to understand if there is a valuation/TAT /Collection concerns in the region.
