Job Description

Youll have the following responsibilities

  • Responsibility for being the lead consultant on Priceline Resolution for the contracts migration programme.
  • Strong analytical techniques to use storey telling with data , to communicate with business audiences.
  • Accountable for MSfBT margin target 30% by analysing and challenging labour costs and costs into the business
  • Identify key operational and financial performance as well as exceptional customer experience.
  • Accountable for the management of revenue through effective controls on WIP/Assets in the Course of Construction and Billing timeliness.
  • Creation and management of Talend inventory programme and jeopardy management database Responsible for providing Inventory based billing Resign Support
  • Responsible for providing Inventory based billing Resign Support
  • Responsible for billing sign-off for product launch designs - including ORT support, etc.
  • Responsible for defining requirements for strategic eBilling capability for CS - to include usage based functionality.
  • Responsible for assisting with Migrations COE work and cost improvements
Youll have the following skills & experience
  • The role holder is a subject matter expert in costs, revenue and inventory
  • They will have proven systems knowledge across billing and inventory management
  • Needs a broad and strategic view of the impact on changes to the cost and margin of existing contracts
  • Good understanding of the MS products
  • Good IT skills, including MS Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Excellent Excel and database skills to analyse and produce recommendations for cost improvement initiatives aimed at a Senior Management level
  • Advanced knowledge of MSfBT systems & processes (Cosmoss, BFG, Expedio, BGS, Change Control etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Access and MS Excel.
  • Comfortable with Finance and Accounting.
  • Can use data to tell a story.
  • Assertive attitude in driving others.
  • Creative solution creation
  • Excellent knowledge of the EMS produt portfolio
  • Excellent knowledge of contractual terms and conditions including commercial operations for EMS contracts
  • Good understanding of EMS systems: BFG, Expedio, GS Portal, Cosmoss
  • Proficient in MS Access and MS Excel.
  • Comfortable with Finance and Accounting.
  • Can use data to tell a story.
