Job Description

  • B.E / B.tech (Food Tech) with 2-3 Years of experience in the process industry.
  • Good knowledge in. Food Processing -Quality Control.
  • Monitor Pest Control reports, participate in Food Process Safety
  • Support unit management with Food Process and Quality Assurance are implemented effectively
  • Developed various documentations for aseptic line like online filling report
  • Developed standard operating procedures for aseptic lines and ripening chambers, machine operating
  • Responsible for monitoring an operating utility like chiller and compressor and cooling tower
  • New machinery trails was part of responsibility
  • Process design, packaging design in accordance with the quality new machine trials ,machine modifications as per needs and approval
  • provide inputs related to product ,process design and development material, machine, manpower-and infrastructure to make the project success
  • Follow up the performances of production controller to assure the achievement of production target
  • Mentor subordinates and ensure the smooth flow of operations on the shop floor
  • Coordinate with production manager for future production plan to make sure availability of RMPM
  • Responsible for targeted productivity without minimize loss
  • Responsible for achieving the targeted yield like line productivity and RMPM
  • Responsible for planning and delivering production as per the production plan and allocate the available manpower to various work stations
  • Meet daily production schedules by ensuring Production availability of line ,labor and packaging material
