    Company - Top Insurtech FirmRole - Project Lead (Engineering Manager)Location - Noida / KolkataResponsibilities:-1. Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support.2. Prototype and present various alternative solutions for complex business problems to Senior Management.3. Prepares the technical design of the more complex technology components within the module.4. Assists the architect in articulating the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the project team and drives the selection of technologies, and designs to come up with the optimal architecture.5. Drives the performance tuning, re-design and refactoring for a module.6. Contributes to designing and implementing the build, and release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application.7. Implements (hands-on) the module components based on industry best practices.8. Mentors the team (people working on the module and other project team members).9. Technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation and other processes.Qualifications & Requirements:-1. Candidate should hold 7+ years of industry experience.2. Should have 4+ years of experience in team handling and management.3. Should be an Engineer Graduate / Post Graduate.4. Cloud Service expertise: AWS / Azure/ Google Cloud Platform.5.
