Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesFull ownership for risks to timeline for Design deliverables and ensure proper escalation of cost risks and scope creeps. Monitor and review all program risks of 0.4 and above Support for escalation of critical issues to APC/ALC, to debottleneck issues and keep the project on track. Ensure that the program communication plan is effectively implemented and all the action points arising out of all program reviews are captured and systematically tracked for closure.Ensure rigourous , internal reviews for MPDS adherence and provide advance warning for ensuring quality of event for every deliverable Manage the CPE and other external process to ensure that all appropriate information is provided in time for the budget release Facilitate and drive use of IT systems Timesheets, Empds, TCe.Ensuring audits clearance with supporting documentation. Support IT infra plan for design studio and extended operation role like, payment clerance, LOA execution, resource onboarding.Experience6-8 years experience in Automotive with SIL/MIL/HIL is preferable.Industry PreferredQualificationsB.E / B.
