As part of a cross - functional software team , youll be commissioned with delivering new and innovative platforms , products , and / or product functions. Contribute to continuous improvement of software development best practices in the areas of coding tools , languages and APIs , as well as software design and development processes. Other specific responsibilities vary by project area and experience , but may include technical leadership of a software project team. Desired Profile:Experience with Java programming and Struts , JSP and Servlets. 3+ years of experience developing on web / mobile platforms. Taste for simplicity and elegance in technical design and implementation as well as an appreciation for test driven development and building software. Cross - platform development of web - based applications for use on both mobile devices and computer - based browser , including optimization to allow for smooth operation on phones and tablets. Experience with large code base. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a cross - cultural team.
