Department : Information TechnologyPosition Objective: Contributing and maintaining proper system support and consultancy to all corporate function & issues and guarantee efficient cycle and overall performance of the company through various systems software.Duties & Responsibilities: 1- Execute development project work plans to meet the companys strategic objectives.2- Maintain and track all changes to supported application systems.3- Create, modify and customize software systems, reports, and session.4- Document and maintain all changes and customizations according to international IT best practices.5- Recognize system deficiencies through continuous monitoring of implications of different designs on system performance and information integrity.6- Fulfill users requirement and suggestions with regard to business applications as per the needs.Core Deliverables:1- ERP system customizations arising out of the companys new business requirements.2- HRMS system implementation & support.3- Provide reporting tools for users and management.4- Data transfer /Data migration.Job Requirements: Education: Computer Engineering / Science Relevant Experience: 5 - 10 years in the same field. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Latest Version) ERP solution, Business Intelligence solution, relational databases and windows applications and tools.
