Excelent working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Operating Systems, internet services & Online tools. Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills. Basic understanding of retail business within oil and gas industry and upstream/downstream business classification. Good analytical skills of data sets ,reports, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers. Knowledge of different business model operation within downstream distribution eg. DODO, CODO & COCO. Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach. Expert knowledge of invoicing is a key requirement of this role. Needs to Collate various Data and send the reports to the Management through Dashboards. Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor. Knowledge of Voice reporting systems is mandatory Roles & Responsibilities: Incumbent would be responsible for MIS, data analytics & business presentations. Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports. Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders. Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations. Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions. Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required. Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB and other techniques. Qualifications:,
