Job Description

    Overview of duties:
    • Full time
      • US EST time zone availability
      • Work from Home
      • Should have their own work station.
    • Utilize Microsoft suite to help increase our organizational efficiencies and remote collaboration efforts:
      • MS 365 Online
      • MS OneDrive
      • MS Teams
      • SharePoint
        • Help learn best practices and set up SharePoint sites for various groups
        • Goal is to ensure compartmentalized access to only what each group needs
      • MS project tools
        • MS Planner seems to basic
        • Lists dont have the functionality needed
        • MS Project seems the best tool and likely what wed be using though open to reccomendations
          • One thing to keep in mind is that many of our partners utilize MS 365 so using a platform native to MS seems like the best general solution.
    Having this staff member join all scheduled virtual meetings (around 10 per week, sometimes more or less)
    • Take notes in the background
    • Collect to dos and add to MS project for tracking
      • We have many different projects running simultaneous so this help will be a major aspect we look at to decide if the staffing decision is working out (SharePoint is another as we have many remote teams collaborating on the various projects)
    • We have also put virtual inboxes in place for our Property Managers (PMs) to dump files.
      • Property Managers already store files on their own servers but we need them on ours as well.
      • Instead of using up the PMs bandwidth to learn folder trees we have now asked them to just dump files in the inbox and myself or the staff member we hire will go through and file these files accordingly on a regular basis.
      • Should have a strong skill set in utilizing the other Microsoft apps for creating reporting, for example powerBi to create dashboards.
