Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities call for details hidden_mobile, hidden_mobileAs per the Manpower Plan, ensure recruitment of the required number of manpower as per the requisition received in a timely and cost-effective manner
    • Oversee the implementation of the entire recruitment process, which includes shortlisting applications, conducting interviews at the initial level and coordinating interviews for final selection. The process also includes dealing with various types of recruitment sources such as Job Portals, Placement Agencies and Newspapers
    • Timely release of a list of all open positions at the unit to all employees for inviting internal applications as well as referrals from outside.
    • Ensure building & upkeep of In house data bank of medical as well as non-medical profiles
    • Issue the letter of intent to selected candidates; get the pre-employment medical check-up done for the prospective employee.
    • Complete all the joining formalities of the new joinee in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Co-coordinating for building & upkeep of In-House Data bank.
    • Keeping contingency provisions to meet/fill positions due to sudden employee separation
    • Coordinate with the Bank, for the opening of the Bank Account of the new joiner.
