Job Duties ResponsibilitiesMaintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardwareProvide end- user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system and Hardware issues with proper description through internal IT support Portal.Provide remote support through phone or end- user via phoneProactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems and IT Communication infrastructure.Handle business- critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplacePerform server administration tasks, including user/ group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, Virtual infrastructure, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, access devices etc.Interact with the teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when neededPerform routine/ scheduled audits of the systems, including all backupsProvide extensive support for customers and VIP UsersTrain employees and volunteers on use of computers, applications, security and networkBuild an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policiesSkills and QualificationsProven experience as IT Support, Desktop Support or similar roleKnowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/ recoveryExperience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch managementFamiliarity with various operating systems and platformsResourcefulness and problem- solving aptitudeGood Communication Skills in both Writing Speaking.Self- motivatedMinimum Any GraduateMicrosoft Certified is preferred / Hardware Networking A+ N+Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems and IT & Communication infrastructure.Good Communication Skills in both Writing & Speaking.Microsoft Certified is preferred / Hardware & Networking A+ N+,
