Responsibilities Responsible to conduct the training as per the curriculum Administrative functions like taking complaint log entries, attendance, assessments, feedback, reports etc. as per the defined SLA Coordination with the management team of the University Kindly note this assignment is on contractual basis for 4 -6 months. Cross Functional Engagement: Work closely with pre-sales team and update training requirements. Reporting: Daily reports, attendance, feedback, issue logs to be maintained as per the SLA. KEY SUCCESS FACTORs Training Delivery Quality Learner Satisfaction Learner Engagement Qualification and Experience B.A/ B.COM/ BBA/ B. Tech / MCA / BSc (Computer Science)/ Ex Banker preferably Minimum 3 years experiences in banking training, software training. Should have sound knowledge of banking practices. Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi. Skills and Knowledge Thorough knowledge of Finacle or any CBS platform. Excellent Communication and Facilitation Skills. Ability to measure and assess learner s learning needs. Communicate with clarity, precision and influence. Managing audience with confidence and control.
