Helping customers with data , information, and technical know how on digital banking services online . Guiding customers on savings account, current account, banking transactions, debit card, ATM , credit card, online/ internet banking , Cash and credit transactions, Bank fraud and prevention .Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any domain.Excellent communication in English.Experience on paper minimum of 1 year + in any BPO/ KPO/ Tele-calling / Banking customer support role.Freshers with graduation can apply ifExcellent in English Communication.Perks and BenefitsSalary for freshers CTC 15 K, Experience above 1 Year in International Process/ BPO/ KPO/ and International Bank and financial industry CTC 26 K .Rotational Shifts / 6 Days working -Rotational week Offs .Work from office .For Females Morning within 7 AM- 8 PM.
