To help Business Head/CEO in execution for achievement of Quality Loan Book Size, Market Penetration and Profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for development of branch network, manage the network and create a healthy loan book.Key Responsibilities Area:
  • To ensure achievement of sales targets with optimal market coverage and quality loan book.
  • Set quarterly, half-yearly, annual sales goals, manage the team towards achieving them.
  • Collaborate and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams like marketing, sales and operations team deliver to goals and remove any roadblocks along the way
  • To identify industry best practice.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
Key skills:
  • Excellent (English, Hindi, Bengali) communication skill.
  • Knowledge of relationship management best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
  • Unbridled enthusiasm for helping and serving customers with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.
  • Able to travel without any issues through-out India.
