Job Description

  • Responsible for Land acquisition and overall coordination of land operation including development
  • Responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence, clearance and approvals.
  • Ensure coordination between HO and all site offices.
  • Ensure implementation of SOPs (systems and processes) for Land Management
  • Survey the environment to identify and benchmark best practices, latest developments and potential areas of growth in the industry.
  • Completely conversant with commercial terms and terminologies, payment process, legal verification of documents and ownership and due diligence in all related matters pertaining to land.
  • Provide legal consultation, advice and support to companying respect of both existing and prospective matters, and to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risk.
Skills and abilities-
  • Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines while maintaining
  • consistent quality and adherence to process / policy
  • Good network with Brokers /Banks/Govt. Officials etc.
  • Demonstrate trustworthiness and upholds the highest ethical standards.
  • Analytical/ interpreting skills relating to various regulations and laws
  • governing real estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
