Job Description

Monitor and evaluate dealer performance and market activities
Visit dealers and customers on a regular basis in order to resolve any outstanding technical issues and gather feedback on the machine and dealers performance
Assist dealers to improve their standard processes and implementations
Follow up of Dealer s service department efficiency, quality, capacity & profitability.
Support development of training requirements and regular assessments of dealers service support personnel to determine skill levels
Discuss with dealers for disputed claims
Assist in conduct of warranty audits on dealers processes and routines.
Ensure that dealers possess adequate and updated service publications
Evaluate tools requirements and provide necessary recommendations and follow-up with dealers
