bPosition: Sr. Executive HR (Recruitment, Training) Education: Graduate MBA Experience: 4-5 Yrs. in similar Field Pay Scale: 20-25K (Gross PM) Gender: Male/Female Roles: xefx83x98 Recruitment & Selection : 1) Preparing Organizational structure, hierarchy/ reporting structure, 2) Conducting recruitment as per recruitment & selection policy, process and systems of worker and staff employees. 3) Reviewing recruitment systems, sourcing strategies and selection and suggest improvements 4) Induction Training xe2x80x93 Welcoming, Conveying information such as HR Policies, company vision, Purpose, Goal, and Company Culture. 5) Designing , roles and responsibilities & giving role clarity of all Staff & workers employee. xefx83x98 Training & Development : 1) Ensuring the laid down training & development systems and suggest improvements. 2) Assisting the management in designing a training calendar. 3) Collecting Need identification forms, Prepare Monthly Training Plan, Determining the faculty to be used as trainer for training.(Internal/External Faculty) 4) Assisting in imparting the training as per calendar. 5) Ensuring the logistics of the training programs to be imparted and its documentations. 6) Identifying and Developing Internal / External training Faculty for the job and in-house training. 7) Identifying and Developing Internal / External training Faculty for staff and core team members mentoring program. 8) Documenting training attendance and training effectiveness. 9) Monitoring effectiveness of trainings imparted as per calendar. 10) On Job training/Monthly training for Staff & Core Team members mentoring program Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Schedule:
