Handling a team of Relationship executives and Branch Relationship executives and provide training regarding sales2. Candidates with experience in Banking sales/ Insurance sales/ telecom/ Broking/ credit card sales/ Sim card sales can apply3.Candidates with team handling/ team leading/ training experience preferred.4.Providing training to batches of sales executives who in turn will be responsible for credit card sales.5.Inhouse training (In the branch of the bank) + on the job training (Branches of other banks, retail sectors, Malls etc) --Sales Training job profile and job description:The sales trainers job is to ensure that all sales professional have throught knowledage of the product, can effectively use closing skill , overcome objectives, and use to cansultative selling techniques.The trainer should be considered a resourse for the entire sales staff,As well as the sales managers and team leaders. The sales Trainer should conduct new joinee training and hand- holding.Ogoing training for all skill levels, including basic sales skills,as well as advance sales techniques .The Trainer also responsiable for regulary auditing amd documneting the knowledge and skill gaps in this sales staff.Duties And Responsibilities :A sales Trainer:1.
