Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated individual with a track record of managing individuals that work across multiple WW squadsAs a Software Development Manager, you will support your teams professional career development, and ensure timely and effective delivery of projects across the full systems development lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading/managing a team of highly talented individuals who are contributing to WW squads commitments You will collaborate closely with other peer teams globally The first-line manager will lead and manage highly skilled development and testing teams. In addition to personnel management, the manager work closely with the global stakeholders and work on new functional enhancements. The role focuses on ensuring the teams deliver high quality capabilities for every release of the Platform.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Excellent people management skills and ability to provide technical guidance (mentoring) to a team of development professionals
    • Experience in leading/managing a team of technically skilled (mostly QA and Development) Engineers
    • Experience with Agile methodologies
    • Able to handle multiple scrum teams and scrum of scrums
    • Excellent Communication, people management and leadership skills
    • A strong technical background including an understanding of SaaS delivery
