• Sales Generation:Actively promote and sell personal loan products to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
• Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Product Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of personal loan products, interest rates, terms, and conditions.
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the sales process.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
