Roles and ResponsibilitiesCompetencies: Experience in handling distributors, 4- 7 years. Should have the ability to be promoted to a leadership position in the future Should be open to travel Excellent communication skillsYour responsibilities Establishing and expanding primary and secondary retail distribution network Meeting distributors, dealers & retailers on a regular basis. Effectively managing distributors and motivate them to grow. Developing joint business plan with distributor, execute & review Ensuring adherence of distributors to policy guidelines. Forecasting and implementing sales plan and meet set objectives. Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target product wise. Managing primary, secondary & tertiary sales in allotted Cluster/area Managing & monitoring allocated long arm sales resources in the designated territory todrive sales growth through distributors, retailers & electricians. Planning promotional activities on regular basis (Retailer meet, Product seminar, Electriciantraining program, Road show, Exhibition). Planning and executing product promotion schemes for distributors. Designing and executing regular schemes for retailers & customers direct/throughdistributors. Recommending and coordinating for branding at retailers/distributors. Continuous coordination with Channel, Cluster, Branch, Service, Marketing andCommunication teams.,
