Apply now for a rewarding career!Location: Kochi, KeralaRoles & Responsibilities::- We are looking for a proactive manager who thrives in a high-growth, dynamic, and international working environment, collaborating with colleagues from across the globe.- Directly reporting to the group CFO and leading a team of two senior accountants, you are expected to take full ownership of day-to-day accounting activities and be responsible for correctly submitting fiscal documentation in India. On top of this, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the firm in implementing its new ERP by designing accounting processes, guidelines, and internal rules to comply with the US GAAP and the Indian GAAP.- As such, your contributions will directly and profoundly impact the strategic and operational plans and performance of Cavli Wireless.Job Responsibilities :- Compliance: Lead the team that owns the global bookkeeping process (accounts payable,accounts receivable, revenue recognition, VAT) as well as the financial statement preparation and distribution to senior management, including but not limited to: consolidated income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements (US GAAP and Indian GAAP)- Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the board of investors and to the fiscal administrations- Process and systems: Proactive design, development, and implementation of the accounting processes; the definition of the chart of accounts and bookkeeping processes, support the firm during the ERP design and implementation phase by interacting with the different business functions such as logistics and production;- Business Partnering: Effectively connect with various groups throughout the organization (e.g. legal, FP&A, HR, etc) to offer support and guidance though managerial analysis. You are also expected to build strong relationships with external auditors to address the needs of the Global Accounting function;- Audit: Play a vital role in the external audit, statutory audits, quarterly reviews, and ongoing controls testing by preparing audit requests and working with the auditors to explain and document various transactions, business processes and internal controls.- Payroll: overview and manage the payroll provider relationship.Requirements:Location: Kochi, KeralaCtc 10 - 12 lacs- 6 -10 years of progressive accounting-related work experience, including extensive experience with US GAAP accounting, Indian GAAP accounting, and financial reporting- CPA/CA qualification is mandatoryIndustry: Telecom / IT-Software / Electronics / Export-Oriented Enterprises ONLYKochi Based CandidatesInterview Process - 2 rounds virtual and last round F2F discussionRequired Expertise/Experience:- Deep knowledge of US GAAP standards and Indian GAAP standards as well as regulatory requirements- Experience in working in a technology company or in the Big 4 is required.- Fluent written and spoken English and comfortable in presenting in front of a large audience, including senior leadership.- Experience in ERP implementation is preferred.- Managerial experience is required.- Unwavering character and unquestionable personal and professional integrity.- High initiative and a self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, can both manage resources and roll up sleeves to complete projects end-to-end; highly process-driven and with precise attention to detail.Your Qualifications:- Masters degree or MBA- CPA / CA status is Must IIM Jobs
