Job Description

  • Software Application Development in niche US domain(s) with client engaged responsibilities
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, Design, Coding and Unit Testing
  • Adhering to strict delivery schedules and client engagement
  • Ensuring adherence to ISO CMMI Quality process and standards
  • Client involved interaction, role play and responsibilities
  • Daily project status updates, meetings and discussions
  • Troubleshooting and Client handling skills is a plus
  • Opportunity for key members to travel onsite based on client need for system study, project discussions, implementation and support

    • Desired candidate profile :

      • 2+ years overall application development experience in Java J2EE development environment
      • Experience in JSP, Struts, MVC, spring, AJAX, JQuery, Web Services, Dynamic Jasper Reports is desirable
      • Good understanding in OOP concepts, MVC architecture, RDBMS is desirable
      • Exposure to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus
      • Prior involvement in Product Development environment in Enterprise Solutions is a plus
      • Exposure to ISO CMMI standards and SDLC in a structured environment is a plus
      • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
